Extender is to be worn 6 days a week. Tension and Length of time worn is the same as described on our Stretching Page.
Penis Exercises Used: Occasionally short, dry jelqing sessions to replenish blood flow after stretching sessions.

1 Extenze tablet will be taken each morning.
Measurement Technique: Measurements will be recorded in centimeters (cm) and will comprise of 1 Length Measurement along the side of the penis from the base to the tip of the glans (head). Girth will be measured by averaging 3 locations along the shaft which include just below the glans but as close to it as possible, directly in the middle (slightly below the circumcision scar), and one inch outwards from the base. Measurements will be measured as accurately as possible to 3 significant figures.
