Hyper engorging involves any technique that forces excess blood flow into the penis, expanding the blood chambers and vessels within the penis. It literally stretches the penis from the inside and forces the penis to grow to accommodate more blood flow.

This technique usually begins as only a temporary increase in size, however studies prove that permanent gains can be made in as little as one month of continuous use. Hyper engorging improves girth and vascularity and may have marginal length improvements.

1. Jelqing

Method A: The Wet Jelq (Primary Girth)

The wet jelq should be done once a day, ideally right after a stretching session. The wet jelq lasts longer and will require more focus, but will be the PRIMARY component in penis girth enhancement.

The Routine:

  1. Massage: Bring the penis to a semi-erect state.
  2. Lubricate: Use an effective water-based lube (or check our Topicals Reviews).
  3. The Grip: Apply an ‘OK-grip’ around the base of your penis.
  4. The Stroke: Squeeze gently and stroke forward to the head of the penis in a slow steady motion (approx 3 seconds).
  5. Cycle: As soon as one hand reaches the end of the stroke, begin the next stroke with the other hand.

Goal: 300 strokes or approx 15 minutes.

Method B: The Dry Jelq (Maintenance)

The dry jelq should be done after every penis stretching session (2-3 times per day for 5 minutes). This expands the erectile tissue constantly and promotes recovery.

The Routine:

  1. Massage: Bring penis to semi-erect state.
  2. The Grip: Apply an ‘OK-grip’ around the base.
  3. The Stroke: Squeeze gently and stroke forward.
  4. The Squeeze: Tighten the PC muscle at the end of each stroke and relax just as the next stroke begins.

Goal: No more than 100 strokes per session.


2. Pumping

Using a penis pump consists of placing your penis into a tube in which a pump is used to remove air, creating a vacuum. This pressure causes blood to flood the chambers.

Phase 1: Warm Up

  • Safety First: Do not ejaculate prior to use. Ensure you are fully hard when entering the pump.
  • Heat: Warm the penis with a hot towel or warm water for 3-5 minutes.
  • Seal: Use a water-based lubricant to form an adequate vacuum seal.

Phase 2: The Session

  1. Place erect penis into the tube.
  2. Pump gradually until gentle suction is felt. Never pump to pain.
  3. Beginner Protocol: 10 mins ON, Massage/Rest, 10 mins ON.
  4. Advanced Protocol: Work up to two 15-minute sessions.

4. Cupping

Cupping is a technique similar to pumping, where a vacuum sealed ‘cup’ is attached to the end of the penis. Unlike a full cylinder pump, the cup only encompasses part of the penis (usually the glans) and is left on for a longer period at a lower pressure.
