Hyper engorging involves any technique that involves forcing excess blood flow into the penis, expanding the blood chambers and vessels within the penis. It literally stretches the penis from the inside and forces the penis to grow to accommodate more blood flow. This technique usually begins as only a temporary increase in size, however studies prove that permanent gains can be made in as little as one month of continuous use. Hyper engorging improves girth and vascularity and may have marginal length improvements.

Types Of Hyper Engorging

  1. Jelqing
  2. Pumping
  3. Clamping
  4. Cupping


Jelqing

  • Jelqing With Lube (Wet Jelq)

The wet jelq should be done once a day, ideally right after a stretching session. The wet jelq lasts longer and will require more focus for a longer amount of time, but will be the PRIMARY component in penis girth enhancement.

  1. Massage the penis to semi erect state.
  2. Use an effective lubricant of your choice or check out our products page. It’s best to combine an oil or water based lube with a ‘Penis Enlargement Cream or Oil‘ for maximum blood flow.
  3. Apply an ‘OK-grip’ around the base of your penis.
  4. Squeeze gently and stroke forward to the head of the penis in a slow steady motion
  5. As soon as one hand reaches the end of the stroke, begin the next stroke with the other hand.
  6. Each stroke should last about 3 seconds and should cause no pain but a slight amount of pressure.

The daily session should consist of at least 300 strokes or around 15 minutes.

  • Jelqing With No Lube (Dry Jelq)

The dry jelq should be done after every penis stretching session (at least 2-3 times per day for no more than 5 minutes). What this does is not only expand the erectile tissue constantly, but also promotes blood flow and recovery. This is to be only a SECONDARY means of enhancing penis girth.

  1. Massage penis to semi erect state.
  2. Apply an ‘OK-grip’ around the base of your penis.
  3. Squeeze gently and stroke forward to the head of the penis in a slow steady motion.
  4. Tighten the PC muscle at the end of each stroke and relax just as the next stroke begins.
  5. Each stroke should be about 2-3 seconds and should feel no pain, but a small amount of pressure.

Each session should consist of no more than 100 strokes and should be done after stretching sessions.

Pumping

Using a penis pump consists of placing your penis into a tube in which a pump is used to remove all air from the tube creating a vacuum. What this does is simply put a pressure on your penis that causes the blood to flow into your penis and expand it.

Immediate penis enlargement is achieved after only a few minutes but this primarily due to swelling of the skin. Permanent penis enlargement gains are achieved by focusing on internal structures.

How Do I Use The Penis Pump?

Warm up

  1. Begin by familiarizing yourself with the pump, learn about all the features and read all instructions that it comes with.
  2. Do not ejaculate prior to using in order to maintain the firmest erection possible, make sure you are always fully hard when using a pump.
  3. Keep your pubic hair short or completely shaven.
  4. Warm the penis up by either a hot towel, heating pad, or warm water. Also Massage the penis and scrotum for 3-5 minutes before use.
  5. Use a water-based lubricant in order to form an adequate seal.

The Session

  1. Place your fully erect penis into the tube.
  2. Gradually start pumping the mechanism until a gentle suction is felt.
  3. You should never feel any pain or discomfort. If you do then immediately release pressure and rest for 48 hours.
  4. If you are a beginner then keep the pump on for 10 minutes then remove and massage the penis. Relubricate and pump for another 10 minutes. After a few days you can work up to 2 15 minutes sessions and then gradually increase the pressure as you get experienced and used to the pump.
  5. Massage the penis when done and wash and urinate after the session.

Notes

Make sure this is the last thing you do each day of the program. We recommend gradually working up to using at least every other day

Clamping

Cupping

Cupping is a technique similar to pumping, where a vacuum sealed ‘cup’ is attached to the end of the penis and worn for an extended amount of time. The difference between cupping and pumping is that the cup only encompasses part of the penis and is left on for a longer period at a lower pressure.
The benefit is that you can have a longer engorgement session which allows a lot of blood flow to the penis.
