Tribulus Terrestris is a plant native to many places including parts of Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia. It usually grows in colder climates and is considered a pest due to its abundance and hazardous spiky fruits. Other names include caltrop or puncture vine.
How Does Tribulus Effect Penis Enlargement?
The active chemical in tribulus, Protodioscin, has been shown to increase testosterone levels and libido among other things and is closely related to DHEA. The libido enhancing effect is likely to be due to the release of nitric oxide in the penis. As a result, more blood flow is allowed to circulate the penis and stimulate growth and repair during a penis enlargement routine.
Do We Recommend Taking Tribulus Terrestris?
Given the research on Tribulus Terrestris, we feel that it should be incorporated in to the penis enlargement nutritional program. We suggest 500-1500 mg of extract per day in pill form.
