Male Extra is a leading contender in the world of penis pills and “natural” male enhancements. The company claims to provide bigger, harder and more intense erections, improve libido and sexual performance, exhibit no side effects, and provide more pleasure for your partner. Like usual, we will begin by analyzing the ingredients of Male Extra supplements.
Ingredients
- L-Arginine
- MSM
- Creatine
- Cordyceps
- Zinc
- Niacin
- L-Methionine
- Pomegranate
Do These Ingredients Work?
To determine the effectiveness of a male enhancement pill we have to analyze each ingredient. In our nutrient review section of this site, we discuss the 7 ways that various nutrients can improve a penis enlargement routine. Remember, pills alone will NEVER permanently increase the size of your penis. However, proper supplementation can absolutely improve the effectiveness of other penis enlargement techniques and help maximize gains in both girth and length.
The ideal male enhancement supplement would feature at least 1 of each of the 7 core types of nutrients. In the case of Male Extra, we have at least 4 of the 7 types which we will discuss shortly. Truthfully, since most male enhancement supplements don’t hit all 7, this isn’t a bad ratio. You’ll further see that these 5 nutrients have all passed scientific examination at TPSG and can concluded in opinion to contribute to PE.
Analysis of Nutrients
L-arginine is a vasodilator and healer. It produces nitric oxide which aids a firm strong erection, brings in nutrients, and serves as a semi-essential amino acid for tissue repair. This is one of the most important ingredients in any male enhancement supplementation.
Creatine is a supplement that has largely gone under the radar for male enhancement, but frankly it is also one of the most important and effective supplements with clinical backing in many things besides just penis enlargement. Creatine is also used to increase strength, muscle mass, and brain function.
Zinc is a healing aid and structural component. It many studies, it also shows to enhance sperm production and improve prostate function. Furthermore, scientists have discovered that zinc plays a role in modulating brain excitability. Remember in our analysis of penis enlargement, that excitability is a factor that can affect PE results.
Cordyceps and MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) are both pending further review from our scientific examination. Reports will be available soon.
L-Methionine and Niacin are also both pending further review from our scientific examination. Reports will be available soon.
Pomegranate seems to be the main ingredient of Male Extra and is the component that the company pushes as their core means of effectiveness, however we have not come across any scientific data to support the claim that pomegranate specifically has potential to aid in PE or provide so-called male enhancement benefits. With that said, we are unclear about what exactly they mean when they list pomegranate as an ingredient… If that’s where the other effective nutrients come from such as the l-arginine or niacin then sure, pomegranate is great. But the pomegranate extract itself may not be a contributing factor.
Company Claims
Male Extra suggests it can provide ‘bigger’, harder erections, more intense orgasms, improved sexual performance, increased sex drive and more. It even claims to add as much as 2.6 inches to your erect penis in 6 months. I wish these companies were more realistic and honest. These claims are clearly exaggerated and unfounded which is unfortunate because I believe Male Extra is a great product and I would recommend it as a primary nutritional source for any PE routine.
Bottom Line
As mentioned, I would recommend Male Extra despite the exaggerated claims. Hitting 4 of the 7 essential nutritional bases exceeds most male enhancement supplement standards. For more information please click the banner below.
